Walt Disney World Swan - Lake Buena Vista

Well-appointed unit with a view.

High quality and fairly clean place, wonderful view of the lake. Central location, relatively near an outdoor amphitheater. Based in a very nice area. Beautiful restaurant, for a simple lunch.

I liked the room, it was appropriate and with extra towels and Netflix, as example. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, a Moroccan - themed pavilion was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel is huge.

The location of this hotel is superb, offering easy access to the main parks while maintaining a tranquil vibe. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the high resort fees and parking costs were surprisingly steep. Cleanliness could have been improved, as we encountered some inconsistencies.

The location was very good. Shuttle buses were very good, pool area was very nice !

Breakfast prices were a little high !

Great service staff, very polite and gentle. Bedroom comfortable and clean. Free transport to disney parks and Disney downtown. Try the boat to epcot. I did not have time to try the restaurants due the time spent at parks, only had breakfast at Garden Groove very good buffeet. The check out maybe express without wait queue if all correct.

Parking is $15 a day, automatic system. Very big hotel also used for conventions, so wait to see people with formal suites among regular users.

The shuttles to all the disney parks were a game changer for us! Our room had clean sheets and towels, and we loved having a shower instead of a bath. The staff was super helpful.

I was not at the swimming pool. Can't judge it. It's just nice to stay in Disney Parks. You can easily be taken to the parks by bus / boat. Doesn't have to look for a parking space. The hotels are all beautifully located. Would book at Swan again at any time.

Super friendly staff at the reception. A huge room. No blemishes! Super soft bed and different pillows to choose from.

We had a delay of an hour to get a light meal at the swimming pool. TV was not working properly, and was fixes once, and had finally to be replaced. Safe closed at our arrival.

I appreciated the elegance of the hotel's decor, with its warm colors and plush seating areas that provided a cute atmosphere. The accessibility features made navigating the hotel easy and comfortable for someone like me.

Improved housekeeping would enhance the overall experience.
